juicy j & lexluger ( a zip & a double cup) prod by lexluger RUBBA BAN...

Real talk, this my shit right now, point-blank period. Rubberband Business 2 is a dirty mixtape; I'm lovin it heavy. Even if the Luger-produced tracks are eerily similar to each other at times, it doesn't matter because it's bangin. I've been a Three-6-Mafia fan for a long time now...I don't come looking for intricate lyrics and wordplay; I bang Three-6 (and now Juicy-J) for heavy Memphis beats, hard hittin, chopped up lyrics about the usual (sex, drugs, living fast).
When I first saw Juicy-J and Lex ("Smoked out") Luger working together, I wasn't sure how it would fit...what was I thinking? Retarded bangers!!!
I'm bout to mix this lean and light this spliff-blame the music!!

SMACK / URL Presents Hollow Da Don vs Goodz

Finally...been waitin on this battle for most of the month. Delayed release due to some screening obligations...whatever, let's keep it pushing. And after review I have to give it to Hollow.
Round 1-Goodz (10-9 no body bags)
Round 2-Hollow (Hollow went in, almost 10-8ish)
Round 3-Hollow (another Hollow Roud, was incomplete tho)
just my scorecard, but hard to see how you could objectively score any other way...lookin forward to that Hitman/Hollow.

Snoop Dogg - Ain't No Fun (If the Homies Can' Have None)

Yesterday (March.15th/2011), we said farewell to Singer/Rap and R&B Icon Nate Dogg; who at the age of 41, died from medical complications related to his recent strokes.
If you grew up listening to 90's Rap and HipHop like I did, losing Nate Dogg probably means something to you...
For me, it was all about a few Movements within Rap and Hip-Hop (during the 90's): The WU, B.I.G, and Deathrow Records. Deathrow was crazy; Dre, Snoop, Pac, DPG & Nate Dogg...
The first time I heard Nate Dogg kill a track had to be Snoop's "Ain't no Fun"...I was in sixth grade, and 'Doggystyle" had just dropped (1993).
Sidenote: to this day, "Doggystyle" remains one of the top Albums ever. I can play that album from front to back, back to front, or shuffled any which way-classic.
Anyways, as I was saying...
Listening to "Ain't no Fun (if the Homies can't have non)" for the first time was when I really took note of Nate Dogg...honestly, how many joints is Nate Dogg essential on?
Off the top of my head I can think of numerous classics:
"Ain't no Fun"
"Regulators"
'Let's Play House"
"The Next Episode"
"Bitch Please"
"Lay Low"
"Area Codes"
'Oh No"
So many Bangers, so many Classics.
It's a sad day for alot of people...not only for the Westcoast, not only for Rap and HipHop, but for those who enjoy soulful music and appreciate talented-passion.
R.I.P Nate Dogg

Thanks for the timeless memories.
